Close the deal without switching tools.
Send the contract straight from the Decision Room. Per-signer view events show you exactly who has signed, who is reading, and who has not opened. The moment the envelope completes, an AI Handoff Brief auto-fires to your CSM with every promise made, every stakeholder, every risk flag.

The last 24 hours of selling are the worst.
You spent six weeks getting the deal here. The MAP is done, the ROI is built, the committee is aligned. Then the contract goes out through DocuSign in a totally separate tool. The CFO signs, but you do not see it for two hours. The CISO has a question that lives in DocuSign comments instead of the deal thread. The implementation team gets a Slack message saying it's closed-won, with zero context about what was promised, who the stakeholders are, or what risks live in the deal. CS walks in blind. Onboarding becomes a re-discovery exercise. The deal you spent six weeks closing gets a rough first 30 days because the close was scattered across four tools.
Embedded eSignature with real-time signals.
The contract lives in the Decision Room. Send it with one click, route signers, and watch the envelope come back in real time. Per-signer view events tell you who is reading, who is paused, who has signed. The moment all signatures complete, TrailerCast auto-fires an AI Handoff Brief to your CSM with the full deal context: why they bought, promises made, stakeholders, risk flags. No more scattered Slack handoffs, no more blind implementation kickoffs.

Upload the contract
Drag-and-drop into the Documents section of the Decision Room. Map the signers to the People section. One-click route.
Track signatures live
Per-signer view events fire into the room. You see exactly when Sarah opens it, when Jordan finishes reading, when Elena pauses on the indemnity clause.
Envelope completes
All signers done. The room transitions to closed-won. The AI generates a Handoff Brief with why they bought, promises made, risk flags, and stakeholder context.
CSM walks in ready
Handoff Brief fires to your CSM's inbox automatically. They show up to the kickoff knowing the deal already.
What changes for your team.
Contract lives in the Decision Room. No bouncing to DocuSign, no separate notifications, no scattered status.
Per-signer view, pause, and sign events surface in the deal thread immediately. You react in minutes, not hours.
Every promise made, every stakeholder, every risk flag. Generated the second the envelope completes and sent to your CSM.
Common questions.
Do I have to use TrailerCast eSignature or can I keep DocuSign?
Both. TrailerCast has its own embedded eSignature flow, or you can connect your existing DocuSign account via DocuSign Connect. Either way, the signer events fire into the Decision Room and the Handoff Brief auto-generates on completion.
What about PandaDoc, HelloSign, Adobe Sign?
DocuSign integration is V1. PandaDoc, HelloSign, and Adobe Sign adapters are designed and will ship when the first customer asks. The architecture is vendor-agnostic so adding a new adapter is a 2-3 day build.
What goes into the Handoff Brief?
Why they bought (from the deal's conversations and Deal Brief), promises made (from the MAP and document history), stakeholders with role and engagement signal, risk flags pulled from objections and concerns raised across the deal cycle, and the seller's closing notes. CSMs read it in 3 minutes and arrive at the kickoff already knowing the account.
Is the contract storage compliant?
Yes. Audit-logged signature events, role-based access in your company tenant, configurable retention. See our security and privacy pages for the full compliance posture.
Can the prospect comment on the contract before signing?
Yes. The contract sits in the Documents section of the Decision Room with the threaded conversation right next to it. Comments per section, replies via email bridging, all in one thread.
What happens if the envelope is rejected or declined?
The room transitions to a negotiation state instead of closed-won. The Handoff Brief does not fire. The seller gets a notification and the rejection reason lands in the deal thread.
